通常のオックスに比べ細い糸で密に織られしなやかでライトなピンオックスフォードを使用。

夏の匂いが早くも漂って来たねぇってことでショーツの入荷がはじまりました。

で、まず紹介しておきたいのがこちら。

極厚といえる14オンスのヘビーフリースはLAアパレルのシグネチャーファブリックで、USA産の原料をサウスセントラルの工場で縫製しています。

Tシャツ地(ジャージー/天竺)素材でショーツだとどうしても体のラインを拾っちゃたり、フィットとして流れちゃって上半身に対して弱い、もしくはスポーツウェア、寝巻き感が強かったりなんてものも多いですが、これについてはそのヘビーな素材ゆえにそういう心配はありません。

ほどよく体から離れるリラックスフィットで、ポケットも垂れないよう袋布も共地でしっかりしています。

パートナーと共有ってのもいいかもしれません。

洗いざらしのシャツと合わせるとほんのりカチッととリラックスなムードが合わさって調子良し。

というかシャツを合わせて(挟んで)おけば足元の選択肢がガッと広がるかなと.....

サンダルならシャツのカチッと感が中和してくれるし、

ローファーならスウェットのリラックス感とギャップが出て結果バランスいいし、

結果としてスニーカー、レザーシューズ、サンダルのどれも調子良いって話で。

こないだのGen 1(前期)に続いて今日はGen 2 後期。(古着屋っぽいっ)

柄はさておき、どこかオールドアウトドアの香りが(ていうかソースにしていたマーモットのまんま)残っていたGen1と比べて実使用を経てアップデートされたGen2はより現代的な印象。

一体型だったフードは立ち襟への収納式になり、フラップのRが最高だったウエストポケットはシンプルなボックス2ウェー形状に。

片側だけだったアームポケットは両側に付属するようになりました。

着てみていい感じだった方を選んでいただければみーんなしあわせなのです。
