According to publicized information someone requested, Entetsu seems to purchase new trainset in 2024 and new inspection car(which will be stationed at Enshu-Nishigasaki)
Cost needed for the new trainset(2 cars) will be 295.8 million JPY and that of the inspection car will be 80 million JPY.
A released material from Entetsu says "Electric locomotive will be replaced" at the same cost and in the same year, which should be speculated to be the inspection car replacing the current ED282 series.
Furthermore, VVVF renewal for one trainset is slated in 2024. SIV renewal for one trainset is slated in 2024.
Renewal of the electric power substations, PRC devices, CTC, and central control are also planned.

United Airlines launched Haneda/Tokyo - Guam Line on May 1, 2024

ユナイテッド航空、羽田〜グアム線開設 「5年越し悲願」、東京〜グアム間週39往復体制に
United Airlines launched Haneda/Tokyo - Guam Line on May 1, 2024.

Guam used to be one of the most intentional destinations with shorter flight time. But, after flourishing of tourists in South Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, Guam became one of rare destinations. And weaker JPY against USD is now becoming a concern for tourism industry in Guam.
I wonder why United Airlines decided to launch Haneda - Guam Line in this situation.

Q seats on Tokyu Toyoko Line will be applied only to 1 car. 2 more trains will have Q seats
https://dia.seesaa.net/article/503108049.html

(Summary begins)
Tokyu Electric Railway announced the change of Q seat service, the paid seat system on Tokyu Toyoko Line from May 7, 2024.
The biggest change is that the current Q seat will be applied only to 1 car(Car No.5), instead of the current 2 cars(Car No.4 and No.5).
Express trains departing from Shibuya at 18:35 and 19:05 will also have Q seats.
(Summary ends)

I guess extreme congestion must be happening on the other cars. That should be the main reason for reduction of Q seat cars.
