Welcome to this site devoted to free
Hauptwerk 1 sound banks, and especially harpsichords. Most of these
sound banks are homemade. These soundbanks are free of charge, but
very good, because, although we are amateurs, we want to distribute
best quality products, without concessions, using large samples.
For the same reason, we want to keep control on our work, and
you will not find our homemade soundbanks elsewhere : it is forbidden
to distribute them. And you may freely use them as you want, even in
your recordings, but you are not allowed to modify them. Before using
these banks, please read the conditions of use !
You will find the Blanchet
harpsichord, the Small XVIIth Italian, a House organ, the great
Taskin, the italian spinet, and a diatonic accordion... We have some more projects,
particularly an italian harpsichord after Giusti.
You will find here,
too, the Ghent Carillon, made with free samples we have just
